What is the dress code of this event?
The dress code will be business casual during the meetings. When attendees have free time the attire is casual. Please remember to pack a light jacket as the evenings could get chilly.
How do I book my flight?
Attendees will book flights on their own and expense the cost. All attendees will need to arrive by 8:00 AM on Monday, August 14. The meeting will conclude at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 16.
What expenses will I be responsible for paying?
The following event components are included in your trip, compliments of Third Avenue Events: all travel expenses, group meals, parking and accommodations at the Pendry San Diego. All other remaining costs including incidentals, meals on own, flight upgrades, hotel extensions and/or upgrades will be at the cost of the attendee.
What airport is closest to the Pendry San Diego?
The San Diego International Airport (SNA) which is located 13 minutes away.
When I arrive at the airport, where do I meet the driver to transfer me to the hotel?
The driver will meet you by baggage claim holding a sign with your name. The driver will then take your luggage and transfer you to Pendry San Diego.
What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
Check-In is 4:00 PM and Check-Out is 12:00 PM.
Where should I park if I am driving?
There is valet parking available to all hotel guests. Valet parking can be expensed at the conclusion of the meeting.
Will I have internet and email access?
Yes - Wifi will be complimentary on hotel premises including the meeting space.
