Where will I be staying? 
A reservation will be made for you and your guest at Sea Island Resort. The address is 100 Cloister Dr, Sea Island, GA 31561.

 

What is the dress code of this event?
During the day, we ask that you dress comfortably while following Sea Island's required dress code outlined here. For your selected activities, activities appropriate clothing is encouraged. If you plan to attend the evening group functions, cocktail attire is encouraged.

What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. 

 

What expenses will I be responsible for paying?

The following event components are included in your trip, compliments of Third Avenue Events: 

• Round-trip airfare
• Transfers from Jacksonville International Airport
• Three-night accommodations at Sea Island
• Group meals as denoted on the Agenda Page
• Two activities of choice per guest

All other remaining costs including incidentals, meals on own, flight upgrades, hotel extensions and/or upgrades will be at the cost of the attendee.

How do I book my flight?
Following registration, you will receive an email with a hyperlink to choose your fight. You will then select a preferred airline flight and time that aligns with the program agenda. We will book your flights based on the options selected and you will be sent a confirmation email once flights have been ticketed. 

 

What airport will I be flying into?
You will be flying into Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). JAX is about a one-hour transfer to Sea Island, GA. 

 

Will there be transportation from the airport to Sea Island? 
Yes, we will have transfers booked for you based on your arrival time. The driver will meet you by baggage claim holding a sign with your name. The driver will then take your luggage and transfer you to Sea Island.

 

Will I have internet access?

Yes - Wifi will be complimentary on hotel premises including all hotel rooms.
