What is the attire for the Midwest Manager Meeting?

For meetings, business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions. A light jacket or sweater is recommended for your comfort.

 

What should I pack for the Royals game outing?

For our evening at the ballpark, casual attire is recommended - KC Royals or Texas Rangers gear is encouraged if you have it, to show your team spirit!

Please note, Kauffman Stadium has a clear bag policy. You can bring a clear bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" or a small clutch no larger than 9" x 5".

You will be staying at the historic Hilton President Kansas City, located in the Power and Light District.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the airport?

Regional Managers will be provided with transportation to and from the airport. All other attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements. 

 

Will there be transportation provided to and from the Royals Game?

Yes, shuttles will be provided to and from the stadium. The shuttles will depart from The Hilton President Hotel at 5:30 PM to take the group to the game. 

 

Is there parking available at The Hilton President Hotel?

Yes, self-parking and valet is available. When you arrive, please use the 14th street entrance behind the hotel. Then proceed to the parking garage.
