WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START? 

Registration will begin at 6:00 PM sharp. The event will run until midnight. 

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT?

Please click on the REGISTER button to fill our your registration.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID PROTOCOLS?

All guests will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result (tested within 48 hours prior to the event) at the door in order to gain entry to 2023 A Grand Affair. Attendees who fail to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result will not be allowed entrance to the event.  All guests will be required to use CrowdPass to upload proof of vaccination or negative PCR test.

HOW WILL CROWDPASS BE USED?

All attendees will use CrowdPass to register their COVID vaccination status and PCR test results. You will be receiving communication after registering regarding how to get your account set up with CrowdPass.

WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?

The event will be at The Grand Ballroom in the Kansas City Convention Center located at 301 West 13th Street, Kansas City, MO 64105. Please review the Travel Information tab to learn more about the official drop-off point and parking. 

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

The recommended attire for the A Grand Affair celebration is black tie optional. Please see some photos from past years below to get inspiration for your look this year.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF MY TICKET?

You will enjoy a plated dinner, and a glass of wine at dinner. An open cash bar will be available for guests that evening, please plan accordingly.
